Here at Occureth Gaming we take a Kai Zen approach to raiding, which is a Japanese philosophy meaning to strive for continual growth. We know that crap may happen, but we get back up and try even harder. As such, our requirements for raiding are a positive attitude first and foremost, as well as the ability to stay calm when the stuff does hit the fan. Secondly, we require the use of add-ons and some Weakauras for raid. These can be found under our add-ons and Weakauras page. We also require four keys a week with a minimum level at 4M+ at this time. Lastly, and the biggest of them all, we need people who are willing to go over their logs with officers to see where improvements can be made, even if it's something as small as a defensive at certain times. Never read a log outside of a pretty colored number by your name before? Don't worry, that's why the officers are there to help! This is how we learn and grow each day. 

As obvious as it might be with the guild's name, we also like to keep a relaxed and fun atmosphere for raid. We may not be <Seriously Casual>, but we are casually serious about our raids. Please leave the drama behind as none of us want any. We just want to have fun and down some bosses.
